Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
